This on-going group for parents addresses the specific issues/behaviors every parent experiences with their unique child in a warm, supportive circle.
Using the language and insights of The Whole Brain Child by Dan Siegel and Tina Bryson, plus my own experience as a parent and clinician, I facilitate each parent in the group to share and work with their own experiences of frustration and success. Together we help one another see what each child needs at any age and support the often hard work of giving it to them. What may surprise you is discovering that you are not alone in the ups and downs of being a good parent. As everyone has said, “what a relief to know!”
So, please consider joining us. You will come away with renewed confidence, new insights and strategies that work.
September 2014—Our group will reconvene after our summer break.
Please contact Bea @ 541-330-9782, ext. 3 or by email for further information about dates and cost.
Dream Circles with Bea Ledyard—I invite you to join me in an on-going group in which we will explore the wisdom of dreams for self-growth and spiritual learning. Together we will discover how our dreams are life a sacred will from which we can draw on the mystery of ourselves. As we listen carefully to our dreams we come to understand our life patters more fully. As we share our dreams in a circle of trust and caring, we experience all our relationships more deeply. Our dreams teach us that we are more than we appear to be.
In our work we will use tools and insights from Jungian depth psychology, expressive arts, psychodrama and various ancient spiritual traditions.
